Damage to the Vehicle
Below is the list of documents required for damage notification. It is important to report the damage as soon as possible after it occurs.
Compulsory Traffic Insurance
Vehicle damage must be reported within the first 24 hours.
- Statement from the Parties (A Brief Written Description of the Accident)
- Vehicle Registration Documents of the Parties
- Driving Licenses of the Parties
- Compulsory Traffic Insurance Policy of the Parties
- Police Report
- ID / Passport
- Accident Scene Photos
- If the drivers are not the vehicle owners, an authorization letter from the owner is required, and if the vehicle is registered to a company, an authorization letter from the respective company must be obtained.
- With these documents, a damage file should be created by going to the insurance company or the designated service.
- The vehicles should not be moved from the scene before the police arrive or without approval from the insurance company's representative.
Comprehensive Insurance
Vehicle damage must be reported within the first 24 hours.
- Insured Declaration
- Vehicle Voucher / Registration Certificate
- Driver's license
- Police Report
- Insurance policy
- ID / Passport
- Damage Photos
